When considering children for admission, the Child Study Center utilizes a three-step application process:

  1. Complete a Written Application,

  2. Attend a Parent Tour, and

  3. Submit a $50, non-refundable Application Fee.

*Please note that parents of TWINS must submit a separate application and application fee for each child.*

Families may choose to complete an Online Application, or to print and complete a PDF Application Form and return it via Email or USMail.

Parent Tours

An application for your child(ren) must be submitted prior to attending a parent tour.

To schedule your tour, please sign up for an available slot via Sign-Up Genius. Up to 10 adults may attend per date. Please add only ONE parent name per appointment slot. If TWO parents will attend, please select a sign-up slot for EACH person.

Regular Admissions Period: October 1 - December 1

In-Person Tours for Academic Year 2025-2026 are offered on these dates:

Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 9:00AM
Friday, November 1, 2024 at 9:00AM
Monday, November 18, 2024 at 9:00AM
Friday, December 6, 2024 at 9:00AM

Rolling Admissions Period: December 3 - August 15

  • Parent Tours: Arranged with Program Administrator after submission of application

Application Fee

A $50, non-refundable application fee is required to be considered for admission. This fee may be submitted electronically (credit card or ACH accepted), in person at your parent tour, or by mail. If submitting via USMail, please send a check payable to Wellesley College, to the Child Study Center at 106 Central St, Wellesley, MA, 02481.

Please note that your child's application will not be considered complete until a written application has been submitted, at least one parent/guardian has completed a tour of the Center, and the application fee has been received.
